What does E-azy Jobs stand for?
The idea to create E-azy Jobs was a summary of events and situations.
The priority was to create opportunities for uneducated/little educated but skillful people to find jobs over a platform on their mobile phones.
Because mostly everybody in East Africa has access to a smartphone, if not direct, the neighbor will help.
Our platform allows looking for jobs or labourers in the nearby area, next town or county, bigger cities, neighboring country or even abroad; the possibilities to find employment or people who want to work will be endless.
Our service is to bring two parties together, to give the ones living in rural areas a broader possibility to find a job without knowing somebody who knows somebody and companies and individuals the freedom to choose and if wished to create a database with candidates for future use.
Our service allows the jobseeker to show interest in a job; the job giver gets notified that someone interested in the job will view the job seeker's profile, but the first contact choice comes from the job giver.
Secondly, provide a platform to ease the work to avoid companies and individuals
who offer jobs being flooded with applications in hard copies; that is 1000 applications for one job offer.
