In these Terms of Use, the stated expressions have the corresponding meanings:

Terms of Use And Definitions

"Claim" means, in relation to a person, a claim, demand, remedy, suit, injury, damage, loss, cost, liability, action, proceeding, right of action, claim for compensation or reimbursement or liability incurred by or to be made or recovered by or against the person, however arising and whether ascertained or unascertained or immediate, future or contingent;

"Commercialize" means to exploit, market, promote, develop, integrate, research, sell and conduct any other activity for profit or reward;

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

"Paid Services" means the facilities and Services made available for fee-paying members of E-azy Jobsholding a valid subscription;

"Privacy Statement" means the E-azy Jobs privacy policy, which is available on the E-azy Jobs;

"Service" means the facilities made available for members via the E-azy Jobs;

"E-azy Jobs" means is a platform owned and operated by Lifetime Consulting Limited and is in the form of a webpage and a mobile applications;
"We," "Us," and "Our" all refer to E-azy Jobs.

"Terms of Use" means these Terms of Use as amended by E-azy Jobs from time to time, which form the Agreement between you and E-azy Jobs;

The Use of E-azy Jobs is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Statement. You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and our Privacy Statement by continuing to use E-azy Jobs. We may change these Terms of Use and our Privacy Statement at any time. If we do, an amended version of the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement will be posted on E-azy Jobs. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.

If you are a member of E-azy Jobs and the changes to the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement are material, we will use our best endeavors to notify you of the changes.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or our Privacy Statement, you must not use E-azy Jobs.

These Terms and conditions constitute the Agreement between you and E-azy Jobs in respect of your use of the Service.

2. Membership

You have to be over 18 years of age to register as a member or to use E-azy Jobs. By using the E-azy Jobs, you represent, undertake and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to comply with all of the Terms of Use.

By registering as a member, you enter into a contract with E-azy Jobs in respect of E-azy Jobs that may or may not be free of charge. You may upgrade the features of your membership. You will be required to select specific features and terms of your contract and choose a payment method. By clicking on the "Make Payment" button in the final step of the upgrade process, you enter into a binding contract regarding the chosen upgrade option at the given price.

You may become a member free of charge. Free membership will only entitle you to participate in some of the features available as part of the Service. You must become a paying subscriber to the Service to access additional features. Accordingly, your use of those other features is conditional upon paying the relevant fees.

You acknowledge that E-azy Jobs does not routinely undertake background checks, verify information provided or conduct criminal screenings of its users. We reserve the right to conduct investigations and background checks on all members to confirm that you are not in breach of any warranty and to determine whether any representation is false. You consent to allow E-azy Jobs to conduct such an investigation. E-azy Jobs reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate your membership if you breach any warranty or your representation proves false.

Subscription plans and their corresponding fees are located on the "Upgrade Membership" page. These subscription fees are subject to change, which changes will be posted on the page of E-azy Jobs previously described. You acknowledge that there may be discrepancies in subscription fees between jurisdictions, which are reflective of costs applicable to a particular jurisdiction and other commercial conditions relevant to that jurisdiction.

Any free trial or other promotion that provides free access to the Paid Services must be used within the specified time of the trial.

(a). While certain Services are available free of charge, you acknowledge that the Paid Services are available only to Members with a valid subscription and on payment of a fee. Subscriptions can be acquired at the prices, for the periods and by the payment methods specified on the upgrade membership page. Prices are stated in the currency shown on the upgrade membership page and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

(b). Your membership will be automatically renewed. You can opt-out of auto-renewal at any time. If you have not opted out, the subscription will be auto-renewed for the stated periods. You can cancel auto-renewal by following the instructions in the Help section of E-azy Jobs

(c). If we provide a recurring billing facility for the payment of subscription fees applicable to the subscription plan you select, you hereby authorize E-azy Jobs to charge those fees regularly (within a reasonable time). In that case, E-azy Jobs will cease charging fees upon receipt of your written notice that such authorization has been terminated. Any such notice shall not affect charges made before E-azy Jobs could reasonably act. In any event, you must provide current, complete and accurate information to enable subscription fees to be charged correctly, which must be updated regularly.

(d). We may change our price for a subscription at any time. The new rate takes effect if you apply for a new subscription (whether or not it is your first subscription) after we have posted the details of our new price on E-azy Jobs. Auto-renewals of existing subscriptions will continue at the old price.

When using third-party payment services, you must accept and abide by the Terms of Use of those payment services.

Please be aware that paying subscribers are divided into Gold, Platinum and Diamond members. (DESCRIBE WHAT THEY CAN ACCESS).

As part of the member registration process, you must select a password. You are solely responsible for selecting a password that is not easily guessed and for keeping your password safe. You agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to E-azy Jobs to to any third party. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us and promptly change your password by updating your account information.

We may, from time to time, request a form of identification to verify:

(a) your identity;
(b) the information provided by you;
(c) your payment or billing information; and
(d) your compliance with our Terms of Use.

3. The Service

The Service is an internet platform that facilitates contact between job seekers and employers. It is not a job brokering service or recruitment agency. E-azy Jobs is under no obligation to broker any job or recruit for you.

4. Use of the Service

You acknowledge that your use of the Service and E-azy Jobs is solely at your own risk.

You represent, warrant and undertake that the information and photos you supply to the Service and E-azy Jobs are accurate in all respects, not in breach of this Agreement and not harmful to any person.

Without limiting the above, you must not transmit or post on our E-azy Jobs, any images that contain:

• images of any person other than you;
• nudity;
• images of other objects that do not contain you;
• a cartoon or illustration (even if it is of you).

You agree that any material or information you provide, including Personal Data (as defined in our Privacy Statement and which may include your full name, postal address, telephone number etc.), will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

We may use such material or information without restriction, provided such use to the extent it relates to your Personal Data complies with the terms of our Privacy Statement and applicable laws. Specifically, you consent to E-azy Jobs using material or information (including any profile information, photographs, video or audio recordings) to copy your profile into any other relevant E-azy Jobs owned and operated by E-azy Jobs. You acknowledge that any such material or information you provide will be available for other members or users of E-azy Jobs to read.

(a). Any profile information you have provided to us will be publicly viewable on your profile, irrespective of the viewer's location. By creating a profile, you acknowledge that overseas recipients can view your profile.

(b). E-azy Jobs globally utilizes servers for storing your Personal Data which may be located in a country other than your country of residence.

(c). To provide customer support and perform back office functions, we may need to allow our staff or suppliers (who may be located or whose resources may be located outside your country of residence) access to your Personal Data.

(d). You expressly consent to the transfer and storage of Personal Data to our employees, members of E-azy Jobs and the third parties as contemplated in our Privacy Statement.

Where such members, employees and third parties are located in countries other than your country of residence, in full knowledge and appreciation of the risks that may be associated with such transfers and storage, particularly where such countries do not have the same or a similar level of protection as that in your country of residence.

All transfers will be facilitated by E-azy Jobs per the terms of our Privacy Statement. You are entitled to revoke your consent or object to our use of your Data at any time, per the processes in our Privacy Statement.

You agree that all copyright that subsists in any material or information you provide to E-azy Jobs is assigned to E-azy Jobs for use within the scope of these Terms of Use. You will not post, transmit or otherwise provide any material or information in which another person or entity owns the copyright. You warrant that all material and information provided is your original work and not sourced from any third party.

You must ensure that your access to E-azy Jobs and use of the Service is not illegal or prohibited by laws that apply to you. You are solely responsible for the legality of your actions under all applicable laws.

You must take precautions to ensure that the process you employ for accessing E-azy Jobs does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference that may damage your computer system. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of the Service, E-azy Jobs or any Linked E-azy Jobs.

(a). You are solely responsible for the content of your profile, messages, and other materials you may upload to the Service.

(b). You agree that you will not upload or post onto your profile or E-azy Jobs any content which:
(i) is abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, improper or otherwise inappropriate as determined at our sole discretion; or
(ii) depicts, describes, identifies or alludes to anyone other than yourself.

You are solely responsible for your interaction with other members of the Service.

(a). you will not disclose any information provided to you through the Service to anyone without the prior permission of the person who provided it to you;

(b). you will not use the Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including but not limited to the distribution of any sexually or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, harassing, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or objectionable material of any kind, nor any unlawful or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and privacy rights);

(d). you will not impersonate any person or misrepresent your age or education, or qualification or place information in your profile that is false or misleading in any way;

(e). you will not harvest or collect e-mail addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service by electronic or other means or use the services to transmit "spam," chain letters, junk mail, or engage in any unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail;

(f) you will not use the Service or E-azy Jobs for any unauthorized commercial purposes;

(i) you will not solicit or attempt to solicit passwords from other members;
(j) you will not use the Service to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services;
(k) you will not harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has asked you to cease communications;
(l) you will not post or transmit material that contains viruses or other computer codes, files or programs which are designed to limit or destroy the functionality of computer software or hardware;
(n) you will not use non-human or automated bots to login into the Service;
(o) when speaking to our customer service employees on the telephone or communicating with them by any other means, you will not be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing or racially offensive ("Offensive Conduct"). You agree that, should you engage in Offensive Conduct, which is to be determined at our sole discretion, we will have the right to terminate your membership immediately, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription payments we have received from you;
(p) All members of our E-azy Jobs are required to be over 18.

(a). E-azy Jobs respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you encounter content displayed on E-azy Jobs that you suspect to you or a third party and that content is being displayed in a manner that violates or appears to violate your copyright or other intellectual property right or an intellectual property right belonging to a third party. You may submit a notification by providing the following information to E-azy Jobs:

(i) Your contact details – including address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
(ii) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
(iii) A description of the work or other intellectual property that has or is suspected of having been infringed;
(iv) The location at E-azy Jobs where the suspected infringing material is posted;
(v) A description of where the suspected infringing material is located on the E-azy Jobs;
(vi) A statement from you which:

In addition to the provisions of clause 4.5, by providing any photographs, material, information or content to E-azy Jobs, you acknowledge and agree that E-azy Jobs may:

(a) reproduce, use, copy, perform, display, distribute and exploit the material, information or content;
(b) prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works and other media, such material, information and content; and;
(c) license others the same rights granted to E-azy Jobs in clauses 4.12(a) and 4.12(b) above, and you consent to all such uses, including, without limitation, for any promotional or commercial purposes. You also warrant the authority to grant the consent referred to in this clause.

5. Information

We reserve the right to monitor all profiles, messages, chat, instant messages, videos and audio recordings to ensure that they conform to these Terms of Use requirements. To ensure that we provide the highest level of Service and the safest online environment to our customers, we have engaged one or more third parties to provide online security functions. Providing this security requires collecting specific non-personal data from your computer or other devices by which you connect to our E-azy Jobs. You expressly acknowledge and agree to our collection, whether directly or by third-party security providers, of specific non-personal data to be used to ensure a secure and safe online environment for you. Even though no personal data is collected, we provide that any third parties with which we contract for security services observe the highest data protection and privacy standards.

While we do not and cannot review all messages or other material posted or sent by members of the Service and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right. However, we are under no obligation to delete, move or edit messages or material (including profiles, news, videos and audio recordings) that we, in our sole discretion, deem to breach these Terms of Use or to be otherwise unacceptable.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be secure. While we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant the security of any information you transmit or send to other permitted third parties in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Accordingly, you expressly acknowledge that any information you share with us is transmitted at your own risk.

You further expressly consent to our transmission of your Personal Data to permitted third parties within and outside of the jurisdiction in which you reside, in full knowledge of the risks.

You are entitled to revoke your consent and object to our use of your Personal Data at any time.

Notwithstanding the above, once we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.

7. Direct marketing

You expressly agree and consent that E-azy Jobs may use and disclose Personal Data that E-azy Jobs collects about you for direct marketing. You are entitled to revoke your consent or object to our use of your Data at any time.

8. Communication

E-azy Jobs reserves the right to send electronic mail to you regarding changes or additions to the Service or any products and services of E-azy Jobs and its affiliated businesses.

9. Advertisements

The responsibility for the content of advertisements on E-azy Jobs rests solely with the advertisers. E-azy Jobs does not endorse the advertiser's product or Service. Each advertiser is solely responsible for any representation made in connection with its advertisement.

10. Intellectual property ownership

E-azy Jobs retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Service and E-azy Jobs and the corresponding intellectual property rights and reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Copyright in the Service and E-azy Jobs(including text, graphics, logos, icons, sound recordings and software) is owned or licensed by E-azy Jobs. Other than for, and subject to the conditions prescribed under, the Copyright Act and similar legislation which applies in your location, and except as expressly authorized by these Terms of Use, you may not in any form or by any means:

(a). adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of the Service or the E-azy Jobs; or
(b). Commercialize any information, products or services obtained from any part of the Service or the E-azy Jobs; without our prior written permission.

Unless otherwise specified, any work or device attached to the ™ or ® symbol is a registered trademark. If you use any of the trademarks owned by E-azy Jobsin reference to our activities, products or services, you must include a statement attributing the trademark to E-azy Jobs. It would be best if you did not use our trademarks:

(a). in or as the whole or part of your trademarks;
(b). in connection with activities, products or services which are not ours;
(c). in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive; or
(d). in a way that disparages us or our information, products or services (including the Service and the E-azy Jobs).

11. Linked E-azy Jobs

E-azy Jobs may contain links to other Apps. Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with Linked Apps.

Our links with Linked Websites or APPs should not be construed as an endorsement, approval or recommendation by E-azy Jobs of the owners or operators of the Linked Websites or APPs or of any information, graphics, materials, products or services referred to or contained on Linked Websites or APPs, unless and to the extent stipulated to the contrary. We recommend that you review the terms of use and privacy policy of a Linked E-azy Jobs before using it.

12. Privacy Statement

We comply with the terms of our Privacy Statement, which is located on E-azy Jobs, which we may amend from time to time to comply with applicable laws and our operations.
You expressly consent to our collection, processing and use of your Personal Data in the manner and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Statement. You are entitled to revoke your consent or object to our use of your Data at any time, per the processes in our Privacy Statement. We do not sell Personal Data to any third parties or provide Personal Data to third parties for any business purpose (unless that business purpose has explicitly been referred to in our Privacy Statement). We provide your Personal Data to our third-party service providers in the circumstances set out in our Privacy Statement.

13. Sale of E-azy Jobs or Services

You agree and expressly consent that, if E-azy Jobs is sold, the Services or its business (or any part thereof) or if there is a change in control of E-azy Jobs, E-azy Jobs may disclose, assign or otherwise transfer Personal Data and any other information to the purchaser or new controlling entity or individual, to provide the Services and direct marketing to you.
You acknowledge and expressly agree that the new purchaser, new controlling entity, or individual may be located in a country other than your country of residence. You consent to transfer Personal Data to countries other than your residence.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not make any representations or warranties that the material or information provided on E-azy Jobs (including any member profile, advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed by E-azy Jobs or any member or any other person or entity) is reliable, accurate or complete or that your access to the Service or E-azy Jobs will is uninterrupted, timely or secure. We are not liable for any loss arising from any action taken or reliance made by you on any information or material provided on E-azy Jobs. You should make your inquiries before acting or relying on any information or material on E-azy Jobs. You acknowledge that any reliance upon such material or data shall be at your own risk.

We do not warrant that the Service or E-azy Jobs will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is distributed on an "as is" basis. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Service or E-azy Jobs. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that the Service (and the availability of the E-azy Jobs) is provided without any warranties of any kind whatsoever, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty that would otherwise be implied in these Terms of Use is excluded. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty, and that legislation prohibits us from excluding or modifying the application of, or our liability under, any such condition or warranty, that condition or warranty will be deemed included, but our liability will be limited for a breach of that condition or warranty to one or more of the following:

(b). If the breach relates to Services:
(i) the supply of the Services again; or
(ii) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however, caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of the Service, E-azy Jobs or any Linked Websites or APPs, nor do we accept any responsibility for any loss arising out of your use of, or reliance on, the information contained in or accessed through the Service or E-azy Jobs For the avoidance of doubt and without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

(a). E-azy Jobs does not accept any responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, tentative, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of E-azy Jobs or with any delay or inability to use the E-azy Jobs, or for any information, products and other services obtained through E-azy Jobs, or otherwise arising out of the use of the E-azy Jobs, whether based under contract, negligence or other torts, strict liability or otherwise, even if E-azy Jobs has been advised of the possibility of such damage;
(b). E-azy Jobs does not accept any responsibility or liability for any information or material which you submit to the Service or E-azy Jobs, nor do we accept any responsibility for any use or misuse of any information or material which you submit to the Service or E-azy Jobs by other members or users;
(c). E-azy Jobs does not accept any responsibility or liability for the conduct of any member or other user of the Service, including any behavior that causes physical injury to any person.

16. Termination

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a member or while you otherwise use E-azy Jobs

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, effective immediately upon our receipt of your written notice of termination. Notice of termination may be delivered to the address contained in the Contact Us section of the E-azy Jobs, e-mailed to the e-mail address listed in the Contact Us section of the E-azy Jobs, or by clicking on the Switch Off Membership link in the members' section of E-azy Jobs. You will not be entitled to a refund of membership fees as a consequence of the termination of your membership.

We may, in our absolute discretion, block, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that which may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service by others.

We may terminate your membership and your access to the Service if we determine (at our discretion) that you have breached this Agreement. Notice of termination will be delivered to the last e-mail address you provided. Any pre-paid fees relevant to the period following termination will not be refunded.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold E-azy Jobs, its affiliates, related bodies corporate, shareholders, officers, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against all claims, loss, damage, tax, liability and expense (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) that E-azy Jobs may incur, its affiliates, related bodies corporate, shareholders, officers, employees, agents and representatives arising out of or in connection with:
(a). any breach by you of these terms;
(b). any unauthorized use of E-azy Jobs that can be connected or associated with you;
(c). any violation by you of any law; and
(d). any act or omission that you may do in connection with the E-azy Jobs.
You agree to cooperate fully in defense of any Claim. We reserve the right (but are under no obligation) to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, provided that you shall remain liable for any such Claim.

18. General

E-azy Jobs accepts no liability for failing to comply with these Terms of Use where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we waive any rights available to us under these Terms of Use on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

If any of these Terms of Use are invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the remaining Terms of Use shall continue to be enforceable.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification by E-azy Jobs. Your continued use of E-azy Jobs following such notification will represent your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use as amended.

You must not assign any of your rights under this Agreement or in respect of the Service or E-azy Jobs to any third party. E-azy Jobs has the right to assign any or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement or to the Service to any third party.

If a third party assumes the E-azy Jobs obligations under this Agreement, E-azy Jobs shall be relieved of all liability under this Agreement.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and E-azy Jobs as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Service or E-azy Jobs.
